We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs procedures for international orders.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Product Warranty
All products, including the DrainPro System and End Cap Flappers, come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms and conditions apply as outlined in our warranty documentation. The warranty is void if: • The serial number inside the control box is missing or damaged to the extent that it is not legible • The product has been disassembled, tampered with, or misused • The product has been used in a manner inconsistent with our instructions

The content on this website, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, and the like and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Steady Stream A/C. All rights reserved.
