Items shipped from steadystreamac.com can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, damaged, defective or broken with a few exceptions.  The buyer is responsible to pay the shipping cost of any returned items.  Replacements or refunds will be determined and processed once the returned product/s have been received and inspected by steadystreamac.com.

Exceptions

If the serial number inside the control box on the S100 or T200 In-Line A/C Drain Pump is missing or damaged to the extent that it is not legible, any type of replacement or refund as well as the manufacturer’s warranty will be void.

Products that have been disassembled, tampered with, or misused will void any type of replacement or refund as well as the manufacturer’s warranty.
