All cleanouts/vents located in the condensation drain line must be capped in order for the pump to work correctly. Use 3/4″ PVC end caps to ensure all cleanouts/vents within the A/C condensation drain line are capped. The condensation drain line must be a closed system between the air handler and where the drain line exits the home/building/structure.
